Shipping & Delivery Information

Marou Chocolate offers shipping throughout France from our location near Rossy France.
Our warehouse is located near Rossy, not far from Charles de Gaulle airport in order to guarantee the best possible delivery times in France and throughout Europe.

We ensure optimal conditions to maintain the quality and freshness of our products via Colissimo, DHL or UPS.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE AND TIMELINES

Orders placed before 8.30 AM from Monday to Friday are prepared and dispatched the same day. Orders after 8.30 AM are dispatched the next day (from Tuesday to Friday).

During high-activity times like Christmas and Easter, preparation and delivery may take longer.

For Christmas orders, the cutoff is Friday, December 20, for dispatch on Monday, December 23, with delivery expected by December 25 at the earliest, subject to any carrier delays.

We encourage you to place your order before December 20 to avoid potential delays caused by the carriers.

The warehouse will be closed starting Tuesday, December 31 at 12:00 PM and will reopen on Thursday, January 2 at 7:00 AM.
Kindly note: Order preparation will conclude at 4:00 PM on Monday, December 30, 2024. Please keep in mind that carriers do not operate on the day before public holidays. Consequently, there will be no shipments departing on Tuesday, December 31, 2024.


Please note that we don't ship or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and days surrounding public holidays.

SUMMER SHIPPING

During the summer period (June to September), we use Colissimo (signature required) for deliveries in France, ensuring your chocolates are kept cool throughout transit. We also supply eco-friendly gel packs for controlling temperature. This shipping method keeps our chocolate cool and fresh during delivery.

Note: We reserve the right to suspend deliveries to France and Europe during this summer period, or to delay or cancel your orders if delivery quality is at risk.
