Shipping & Delivery Information

Marou Chocolate offers shipping throughout France from our location in Southwestern France, using Colissimo, UPS and Chronopost services.
Our warehouse is in Gers (France), known for its Armagnac brandy distillery(1) and Michelin-starred Chef Michel Sarran(2) - a little trivia for you.

We also deliver across Europe, ensuring optimal conditions to maintain the quality and freshness of our products via Chronopost International.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE AND TIMELINES

Orders placed before 1 PM from Monday to Friday are prepared and dispatched the same day. Orders after 1 PM are dispatched the next day (from Tuesday to Friday).

During high-activity times like Christmas and Easter, preparation and delivery may take longer.

Please note that we don't ship or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and days surrounding public holidays.

SUMMER SHIPPING

During the summer period (May to August), we exclusively use ChronoFresh for deliveries in France, ensuring your chocolates are kept cool throughout transit. This shipping method keeps our chocolate cool and fresh during delivery.

Note: We suspend non-refrigerated deliveries to France and Europe during this summer period and may cancel orders if delivery quality is at risk.
