Shipping policy

Our warehouse is located near Nîmes en France, a logistics partner chosen for its commitment to operational excellence, social inclusion, and low-impact supply chains.

We ensure optimal conditions to maintain the quality and freshness of our products via Colissimo, Chronopost or UPS.

Shipping schedule and timelines

Orders placed before 8.30 AM from Monday to Friday are prepared and dispatched the same day. Orders after 8.30 AM are dispatched the next day (from Tuesday to Friday).

During high-activity times like Christmas and Easter, preparation and delivery may take longer.

Please note that we don't ship or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and days surrounding public holidays.

Summer shipping

During the summer period (June to September), we use Colissimo (signature required), UPS for deliveries in France, ensuring your chocolates do not remain in transit for too long. No relay pickup during this period.

Note: We reserve the right to suspend deliveries to France or any other country during this summer period, or to delay or cancel your orders if delivery quality is at risk.

Any order placed and delivered outside European Union may be subject to any taxes and customs duties imposed when the package arrives at its destination.
